Head- Depot and Inventory Management

About the Position:

The Manager will oversee PAN India CFA & Company Depots operations. The responsibility will include PAN India Coordination with Depots, Stockiest and Managers of respective states, stock management, inventory management, data management and warehouse Management. Stockist and Distribution Network Management. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis. Process Improvement & Team Leadership. Looking after new stockiest appointment and Documentation work. You will ensure efficient smooth day to day operation across PAN India

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with Depot persons regarding Billing / Scheme / Gift / Purchase order.
• Co-ordination with Regional Manager regarding Purchase order/ stock availability/ gift/ stockiest payment/ outstanding.
• Providing Sales report and outstanding report to Managers
• Daily Reconciliation of receipt with bank statement
• New stockiest appointment/ verification/ approval/ any updation
• Preparing Depot order as per indent received after verification with Stock And monthly Sales
• Co-ordination with Mother Depot regarding Goods Transfer order processing and dispatching
• Preparing Credit note for Returns Goods from stockiest
• Upload purchase bills after goods delivered at depot
• To check periodically for Short Expiry & Excess stock at depot level
• Commission Working
• Arranging short stock in depot from another depot
• To give limits for billing to stockiest in last week of every month based on sales made from 1st to 20th
• Send reminder mails to parties having overdue outstanding.
• To pass sales entry for cheque bounce charges
• To check whether e-invoicing is happening in given time lines
• To train people when new depot starts. This includes everything where they are supposed to work from start to end. E.g., Bank receipt entries, to place GDN order, billing process, etc.
• To maintain files of stockiest appointment forms along with documents and security cheques
• To facilitate consolidation of gifts after each quarter closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Any Graduation/ MBA (Preferred)
• Minimum 10-12 years experience in Pharmaceutical Field.
• Advanced Excel & MIS Skills.
• Strong Distribution & Inventory Knowledge
• Leadership & Team Management Skills
