Head Delivery

Role & responsibilities

Objective

To lead and ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery of assurance services across international clients by managing execution teams, optimizing resources, driving operational excellence, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

•    Oversee end-to-end delivery of audits, inspections, expediting, certifications, and verification.
•    Ensure inspection activities  within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality parameters across multiple geographies.
•    Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary delivery teams across service lines (QA/QC, certification, TIC, .
•    Drive adherence to international standards (ISO, IEC, API, ASME, DNV, IMO, SOLAS, etc.) and client-specific requirements.
• Develop partners/Associates to make cost effective delivery
•    Collaborate with sales, business development, KAMs and HR teams to align service delivery with client expectations for new and existing service offerings.
•    Establish delivery KPIs, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
•    Act as a key point of escalation for delivery challenges and client relationship management.

Skill Set

•    Strong understanding of global assurance services, including audits, inspections, certifications
•    Proficiency in project management, planning, and resource optimization for large-scale, multi-country assignments.
•    Knowledge of international quality, safety, and compliance frameworks (ISO, IEC, IAF, TIC Council guidelines, etc.).
•    Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage cross-border operations.
•    Strategic problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
•    Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Qualifications

•    Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Management, or related field.
•    Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
•    Additional certifications in ISO Lead Auditing, or Quality Management are advantageous.

Experience

•    Minimum 18-20 years of experience in assurance, certification, auditing, or TIC services.
•    At least 57 years in senior international delivery management roles.
•    Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multi-sector, multi-geography assurance projects.
