Head - Core PAS Platform (Insuremo)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the InsureMO Core Platform implementation and subsequently own the complete lifecycle of the InsureMO Platform ecosystem - implementation, platform delivery, engineering governance, reusable capabilities, platform roadmap, vendor relationship and long-term platform maturity - while progressively building the internal InsureMO Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Own the overall PAS implementation roadmap, integrated delivery plan, release roadmap and program budget.
• Govern SI (System Integrator) delivery daily/weekly reviews, productivity monitoring, vendor performance and escalation management.
• Own SIT, cutover planning, production readiness and Go-Live/ hypercare planning.
• Drive solution consistency and common implementation principles across all PAS workstreams.
• Own executive delivery reporting, CIO dashboard, Steering Committee updates, risk and delivery health reporting.
• Post go-live, own platform configuration (Easy PAS, Easy Claims, Easy BCP, XRI, InsureDocs, iComposer, iHub, DataMO) and configuration standards.
• Own platform solution architecture, vendor/licensing relationship with InsureMO, and upgrade/patch roadmap.
• Build and grow internal InsureMO Practice hiring, training, certification and career pathing.
• Own platform governance: Configuration Review Board, release/upgrade standards, technical debt and platform health.
• Drive platform innovation and reuse AI/automation accelerators, reusable APIs, workflows and templates.

Requirements:

• B. E. /B. Tech/MCA; MBA preferred.
• 15-18 years in general insurance technology, with at least 5 years leading core PAS/policy administration system implementations (InsureMO, Guidewire, Sapiens, Duck Creek or equivalent).
• Proven track record managing System Integrators and multi-vendor delivery programs at scale.
• Strong grounding in Indian GI regulatory and operational context (IRDAI, product lifecycle, claims, underwriting).
• InsureMO platform experience will be an added advantage.
