Head Commercial

• Lead the commercial and stores function for bulk cargo terminal operations.
• Manage commercial activities related to cargo handling, storage, evacuation and terminal services.
• Manage customer contracts, service agreements, tariff-related matters and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping agents, stevedores, transporters and other port stakeholders.
• Monitor billing, revenue realization, receivables and commercial settlements.
• Handle commercial negotiations, claims, disputes and contractual issues.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, approved tariffs and commercial policies.
• Analyse cargo volumes, customer requirements and terminal performance for commercial planning.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement and other departments for smooth cargo movement.
• Identify opportunities for improving revenue, customer service and commercial efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end stores and inventory operations at the bulk terminal.
• Maintain adequate stock of critical spares and consumables required for terminal operations and maintenance.
