Head Chef - Multicuisine Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide variety of cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental, etc.) based on expertise.
- Maintain consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Plan daily food preparation, menu execution, and kitchen workflow.
- Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and coordinate with service staff.
- Monitor raw materials, food inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain portion control and manage food costs.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during peak hours.

Position-Specific Requirements:

1. Head Chef Chef: Strong culinary skills, recipe/menu planning knowledge, and experience managing kitchen staff and food quality.
2. Cook: Hands-on experience preparing restaurant dishes, knowledge of ingredients and techniques, and ability to work under the Head Chef.
3. Kitchen Manager: Experience in overall kitchen operations, staff management, inventory control, food costing, and hygiene compliance.
