Head - Career Services & Industry Relations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head - Career Services & Industry Relations to lead education responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment. The role will set direction for the function, lead a capable team and remain closely involved in business performance, key relationships and senior stakeholder decisions.

The person will be expected to translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through clear metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change. Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting. We are looking for someone who has handled similar responsibilities in a structured organisation, communicates confidently and is comfortable balancing commercial goals with customer experience and team development. The role is based in Delhi NCR and requires 10-16 years of relevant experience.

• Based in Delhi NCR.
• 10-16 years of relevant experience.
