Head Buying and Merchandising Beauty and Fragrance Category

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage inventory levels, and optimize product assortment.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform buying decisions.

Job Requirements :
