About the role

We are looking for a Business Unit Head to lead our day-to-day operations, manage our team of consultants and grow the business. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will own sales execution, team performance, and the operating profit and loss (P&L).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the consultant team to acquire paid agent memberships and improve sales conversion.
• Ensure effective agent onboarding, training, engagement and retention.
• Work with agents and brands to turn qualified opportunities into completed business deals.
• Own revenue targets, operating costs, collections, and profitability, including tracking agent commissions.
• Set daily priorities, improve processes, and keep the Founder updated on the sales pipeline and results.

Who we are looking for

Preference will be given to candidates from a business or entrepreneurial background, or with experience in startup go-to-market (GTM) and growth.

• Experience in business development, sales leadership, channel growth, or managing a business unit.
• Ability to personally sell, negotiate, build relationships, and lead a team.
• A practical understanding of revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.
• Comfort taking initiative, making decisions and being accountable for results.
