About this role
- Lead overall billing, quantity surveying, contract management, and commercial operations across multiple construction projects.
- Oversee preparation, verification, certification, and finalization of RA bills, contractor bills, final bills, BOQs, and quantity measurements.
- Manage contract drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, rate analysis, and commercial performance to optimize project profitability.
- Handle claims, variations, extra items, escalation claims, and contractual disputes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Oversee material reconciliation, subcontractor payments, retention money, recoveries, and final account settlements.
- Coordinate with Project Execution, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to resolve billing and commercial issues.
- Prepare and review MIS reports covering project costs, billing status, budget variances, claims, and commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, statutory deductions, and internal audit requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop billing, quantity surveying, and contracts teams while improving departmental efficiency and controls.
