Head – Back Office Operations (Stock Broking / Discount Broking)

We are looking for an experienced and process-driven professional from the Stock Broking Industry who can independently lead Back Office Operations with strong operational control, accuracy & ownership.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Back Office Operations for the broking business
• Handle daily operational activities with strong accuracy & compliance
• Work extensively on TechExcel software and operational workflows
• Manage trade processing, settlements, client reporting & reconciliations
• Coordinate with exchanges, depositories & internal stakeholders
• Oversee account opening, KYC verification & operational documentation
• Handle DP-related operational activities and client servicing
• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes within timelines
• Build strong controls, SOPs & operational efficiency frameworks
• Support audits, compliance requirements & regulatory processes
  

We Want Someone Who

• Comes specifically from Stock Broking / Discount Broking industry
• Has strong hands-on experience in Back Office Operations
• Has practical working knowledge of TechExcel software
• Understands KYC, onboarding & DP operational processes
• Is highly process-oriented, detail-focused & operationally strong
• Can handle pressure, volumes & operational escalations effectively
• Has strong coordination & team management abilities
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Discount Broking operations is mandatory
• Exposure to Exchange & Depository operational workflows
• Understanding of compliance & regulatory operational requirements
• Ability to independently manage operational functions
