Head Application Engineering Pneumatics

BTech/ BE in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering with 1520 years of relevant
experience in Pneumatics, Automation Systems, Application Engineering, Project Sales,
Proposals and Tendering.

- Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic actuators, cylinders, automation packages and
control accessories.

- Expertise in rotary and linear actuator applications, actuator/cylinder sizing, pneumatic circuit
design, fail-safe systems, ESD applications, damper automation and control applications.

- Strong understanding of smart/electro-pneumatic positioners, AFRs, limit switches, control
panels, volume boosters, QEVs.

- Experience in preparing and managing techno-commercial proposals, estimation, tenders
and commercial negotiations.

- Strong understanding of market competition, pricing strategy, product positioning and market
opportunity analysis.

- Ability to develop technically optimized and commercially viable solutions according to
customer / RFQ requirements.

- Experience working with customers across Power, Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Process
Industries and Government / PSU sectors.

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coordinating sales, engineering, customers,
vendors and internal cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and sales/configuration tools such as Salesforce CPQ /
Tacton would be advantageous.
