Head - Apparel Production & Business Growth

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Business Development: Acquire, scale, and manage long-term strategic relationships with premier domestic and international apparel brands.
• P&L & Financial Governance: Own plant profitability, top-line revenue, cost optimization, gross margin expansion, and FOB pricing frameworks.
• Greenfield Build-Out & Operations: Lead the setup, commissioning, and operational scaling of the new plant near Indore within timeline and budget parameters.
• Manufacturing Excellence: Drive world-class production performance across cutting, sewing, wet/dry processing, and finishing using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Supply Chain & Capacity Planning: Direct vendor networks, raw material procurement, and line balancing to maximize plant capacity and delivery performance.
• Executive Leadership & Compliance: Build a top-tier plant management team while enforcing strict ESG standards, statutory labor compliance, and progressive workplace practices.

Desired Profile

• Education: Bachelors in Textile/Fashion Technology or Engineering (NIFT/IIT preferred) + MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Experience: 20+ years in apparel/textile manufacturing, with 5+ years in a C-suite, Business Head, or Executive VP role.
• Dual Expertise: Track record of driving large-scale B2B apparel sales alongside hands-on factory leadership across Wovens, Denim, or Knits.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of garment technology, SAM, line planning, wet/dry processing, and greenfield plant build-outs.
• Location: Based at/near the plant location in Indore, MP, with national and international travel as required.
