Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical / Organic Chemistry; PhD is an added advantage.

Role Summary

Lead the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) function, driving analytical development activities for pharmaceutical products from development through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development, validation, transfer, and optimization.
• Manage analytical development for Ophthalmics, Injectables, and/or OSD products.
• Provide technical support for product development and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, pharmacopoeial, and global regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the ADL team and manage laboratory activities.

Required Experience

• Strong pharmaceutical Analytical Development experience.
• Proven exposure to regulated markets – US, EU, Canada, and/or Australia.
• Experience in Ophthalmics, Injectables, or OSD is preferred.
• Strong leadership, technical, problem-solving, and regulatory knowledge.
