Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Accounts Payables and Indirect Taxation functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, leading Indirect Tax compliance, and overseeing related financial operations within manufacturing companies. SAP HANA expertise is a must, along with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables Management:

- Control and oversee invoice processing, timely payments, and MIS reporting.

- Implement clearing controls and lead team management for efficient operations.

Indirect Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, timely filing of returns, and deposit of taxes.

- Manage GST notices, prepare responses, and coordinate with authorities for resolution.

Direct Taxation:

- Oversee TDS compliance, timely deposit of taxes, and filing of returns.

- Maintain adherence to statutory and internal tax compliance requirements.

Financial Management:

- Manage end-to-end financial functions, including financial analysis, reporting, and account finalization.

- Implement internal finance controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Auditing:

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.

- Facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Fixed Assets Management:

- Control and maintain fixed assets, streamline reporting, and ensure accurate entries.

Process Improvement:

- Drive process enhancements across AR/AP, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

MIS & Dashboard:

- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for effective financial monitoring.

Compliance & Regulatory:

- Prepare, maintain, and file statutory documents and returns under various regulatory frameworks.

SAP & IT Skills:

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP FI S/4HANA and experience in SAP implementation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Proven experience in manufacturing companies.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI modules, and implementation processes.

- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, indirect taxation (GST), and statutory compliance.

- Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills.
