Head Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including timely book closure and MIS reporting.
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, the Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.
• Provide strong technical guidance on Ind AS and financial reporting, particularly Ind AS 109, Ind AS 115, and Ind AS 116.
• Manage statutory and Big 4 audits, ensuring timely completion, minimal audit adjustments, and effective resolution of audit observations.
• Oversee internal financial controls, governance, and compliance and drive timely remediation of identified gaps.
• Analyse MIS and business performance, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, reporting quality, and governance enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, analytical rigour, problem-solving ability, and execution excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of monthly book closure, MIS reporting, and annual financial reporting.
• Successful completion of Big 4/statutory audits with minimal audit adjustments.
• Accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of financial statements and disclosures.
• Effective closure of audit observations and remediation actions.
