12+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Compliance, and HR Administration. Retired professionals from reputed organizations are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and mature professional to lead our Accounts, Finance, and HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, payroll, taxation, audits, and HR administration while providing strategic guidance to management. Preference will be given to retired professionals with strong leadership abilities, integrity, and hands-on operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

• Lead and mentor the team.
• Manage the complete accounting function and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and processes.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants.
• Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management for decision-making.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities whenever required.
• Monitor changes in legal and financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Human Resources

• Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities for key positions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Guide management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Administration & Leadership

• Lead and mentor the Accounts, Finance, and HR teams.
• Establish strong internal controls and governance practices.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Support strategic business planning and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Additional qualifications in HR Management will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, payroll, and labor laws.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and HR functions.
• Experience in handling end-to-end finance and HR operations.
• Strong exposure to statutory compliance, audits, and taxation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide a growing organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Retired Finance Manager, Accounts Head, CFO, GM Finance, or similar professional.
• Physically active and willing to contribute in a hands-on capacity.
• Strong understanding of both financial management and HR administration.
• Capable of mentoring teams and establishing robust systems and controls.
