Head Accounts and Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial audit and other end-to-end financial activities.
• Lead the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
• Proven track record of developing effective business plans and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and identify trends.
• CA final certification is required.
