Job Location: DR Congo--KINSHASA

Position: HDPE Cap Section In-Charge – SACMI & WINNER Printing Machines

We are looking for experienced professionals to manage the HDPE Cap Production Section, with hands-on experience in SACMI machines and WINNER printing machines.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in HDPE Cap Production, particularly with SACMI machines and WINNER printing machines.
2. Production Management: Should be capable of handling the HDPE Cap Production Section independently, including production planning, process control, quality, and troubleshooting.
3. Machine & Maintenance: Should have strong technical knowledge of SACMI machines, WINNER printing machines, and associated utilities, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
4. Should be able to manage machine settings, process parameters, mold changes, production optimization, and breakdown troubleshooting.
5. Should be capable of leading the production team and ensuring smooth production, quality, safety, and achievement of production targets.
6. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in HDPE cap manufacturing and printing operations will be preferred.
7. Awareness of quality management and food safety management system
8. Computer skilled – word, excel, PPT
