Role Overview

Hiring Sales Development Managers to drive Life Insurance business through partner bank branches under the Banca Channel. This is a frontline sales role with strong career growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, RMs and staff.
• Generate leads from walk-in and existing bank customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct customer meetings and close sales.
• Achieve monthly targets with compliance adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.

Eligibility

• Graduates: 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance.
• Strong communication & relationship skills.
• Local candidate 6 months 3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance.
