Role & Responsibilities

•Identify and connect with prospective customers through networking, referrals and leads.
• Understand customers financial protection needs and explain suitable HDFC Life insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through ethical sales practices and regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop and expand your customer network through referrals and personal contacts.
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing customers.
• Complete the required training and licensing process with guidance and support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10th pass and above; graduation is not mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in sales, insurance and financial services.
• Self-motivated and willing to build a customer network.
• Comfortable with customer interaction, follow-ups and relationship building.
• Part-time, full-time, self-employed and working professionals looking for an additional income opportunity can apply.
• Candidates from Kakinada and nearby areas are preferred.
