HCM Time & Labor (OTL) -Technical Professional

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Time Labor (OTL) Fast Formula Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Time and Labor Calculation Rules using Oracle Fast Formula.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time and Labor, particularly in developing complex Time Calculation Rules, Time Entry Rules, Time Device Rules, and related Fast Formulas to support enterprise workforce policies such as overtime, premiums, shift differentials, meal rules, holiday pay, consecutive-day rules, weekly/daily thresholds, and complex time-processing requirements.
• The role requires strong technical understanding of the Oracle Time and Labor processing framework, Fast Formula contexts, arrays, time attributes, rule sets, time categories, time card processing, and integrations with Payroll and Absence Management.
