HCM Support Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Manage offer roll-outs, documentation and pre-joining coordination
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

HR Operations
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS and compliance records
• Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience

Preferred candidate profile:

•Graduate
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good sourcing, coordination and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
