HCM (SAP, Sucessfactors, Workday) Testing

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for UKG WFM applications
• Identify document and track defects throughout the testing process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new functionality
• Perform system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on testing outcomes and issues found
• Assist in the development of test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements
• Support endusers during the testing phase and gather their feedback for improvements

Required experience:

• Proven experience in software testing with UKG WFM applications
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and requirements
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation and reports
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
