HCM Functional Lead Consultant - Compensation& Benefits

Job Summary

Experience: 8 - 15yrs (relevant experience of 8 yrs)

Duration: 3 months extendable

Responsibilities

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
• The candidate must have Implementation Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Compensation, OTL, Benefits Payroll.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
• Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
• Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing Regression testing.
• Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
• At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
• Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
• Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage
• Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Specialist
• Oracle Workforce Compensation Cloud Implementation Specialist

Education / Professional Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor s or master s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
