HCM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions for clients using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Benefits module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop customized compensation plans that meet client needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of HCM modules such as Compensation & Benefits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to compensation data management, benefits administration, and reporting.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in HCM implementation, configuration, or consulting with a focus on compensation and benefits.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Benefits module (formerly known as ESS/MSS).
• Experience working with various types of compensation structures including salary scales, bonuses, commissions etc.
