Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently resolve customer queries via email or chat and calling, manage data accuracy, monitor quality, and identify process improvements

Key Responsibilities

• Respond To Customer Queries and Issues Through Email Or Chat and calling, Ensuring Prompt and Effective Resolution.
• Accurately Enter, Update, And Manage Data In Various Systems And Databases.
• Troubleshooting Problems, Providing Solutions, And Escalating Issues To Higher Levels Of Support When Necessary
• Monitor And Ensure The Quality and High Accuracy Of Processed Data And Customer Interactions.
• Identify Inefficiencies And Suggest Improvements To Enhance Operational Workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers- Graduation must (2025 and 2026)

(No B.E/B.TECH/MCA/Technical Background)

• Good English Communication
• Enthusiastic and confident
• Quick learner
