Job Overview: -We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (ITOM & CMDB) with 4+ years of experience to join our team. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

1. ServiceNow Developer (ITOM & CMDB) with 4+ years of experience.

Primary Skills: -

• ServiceNow ITOM Suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB Design, Administration & Governance
• CI Class Management and CMDB Health Dashboard
• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Service Graph Connectors
• MID Server Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Integration Development using REST/SOAP APIs
• ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
• Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Work Mode: Remote.
• 2 to 3 Rounds of Technical Interviews.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB architecture.
• Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management solutions.
• Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support enhancement and optimization initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Skills:

• CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-ITSM Certification.
• Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP).

2. ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) with 4+ years of experience.

• ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Employee Center / Employee Service Center
• HR Case Management
• HR Knowledge Management
• Lifecycle Events
• Document Management
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Service Catalog Development
• ServiceNow Scripting & Custom Development
• REST/SOAP Integrations.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and configure HRSD applications and workflows.
• Implement HR Case Management and Employee Center solutions.
• Design and automate HR processes using Flow Designer.
• Build integrations with HR systems and third-party applications.
• Create and maintain HR knowledge articles, services, and catalogs.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• CIS-HR Certification.
• Experience working with global HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
