Hcc Medical Coder

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assign accurate medical codes to patient records using HCC (Home Care Code) system.
• Review and verify the accuracy of medical records, including diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for home health care coding practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical coding.

Job Requirements :

• 0.11-1.11 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a home health setting.
• Strong knowledge of HCC coding principles and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
