Hardware Sales Advocate (SMB)

Responsibilities:

• Support SMB customers as the first point of contact for Microsoft SMB Store interactions, identifying business needs and driving direct sales of Microsoft commercial hardware and software solutions.
• Manage inbound phone and chat interactions with business customers confidently and collaboratively.
• Identify customer needs, uncover current and future business opportunities, and close sales in a single interaction where possible.
• Position Microsoft commercial hardware and software solutions against customer needs.
• Clarify customer questions, handle objections, and agree on the next best actions based on purchase intent.
• Provide Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven sales orientation with at least two years of sales or telesales experience preferred.
• Commercial customer experience preferred, with 3C product experience an advantage.
• Native or near-native proficiency in the supported language and strong cultural awareness for the supported market.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with CRM/sales tool familiarity.
• Typing proficiency of approximately 55 WPM in English or an equivalent local language.

Preferred / Additional Requirements:

• Ability to influence key decision-makers and build trusted-advisor credibility with business customers.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products, Office, Excel, Outlook, hardware solutions, and primary competitors.
