Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Design & Development:
• Design and develop hardware circuits .
• Select appropriate components considering cost, performance, and availability.
• PCB Layout & Design:
• Create and review PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD).
• Ensure compliance with design guidelines for signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal management.
• Testing & Validation:
• Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, including functional, environmental, and compliance testing.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis for hardware issues.
• Work with ICT/FCT setups and ensure test coverage for PCBA.
• Documentation:
• Prepare schematics, BOM, test reports, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain design files and revision history Git or similar tools.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for product development.
• Support suppliers and EMS partners during prototype and production phases.
