Role & responsibilities
- 8-10+ years of relevant Hardware Design/Debug experience.
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical engagements.
- Good understanding of customer support processes and issue management.
- Exposure to server/platform design is preferred.
- Ability to independently own customer tickets, debug issues, and drive closure.
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more areas:
- PCB Design (Stack-up, Layout, Board Design)
- Signal Integrity (SI)
- Power Delivery (PD)
- Good understanding of hardware platforms, components, PCB operation, and debug interfaces.
- Ability to lead fellow HW engineers and coordinate support activities across domains.
- Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead for design-related engagements.
- Support board bring-up, power-on debug, design reviews, and issue resolution
