Hardware Design Engineering

Design and develop automotive electronic hardware for ECU and embedded control systems.

Perform schematic design, circuit design, component selection, and hardware architecture.

Develop and review analog, digital, power supply, and signal-conditioning circuits.

Work on PCB design, layout, routing, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) activities.

Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Conduct hardware verification, validation, and environmental testing of prototypes.

Use tools such as Altium, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, LTspice, or equivalent for hardware development.

Analyze signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, and electrical performance.

Collaborate with embedded software, systems, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams.

Prepare and maintain schematics, BOMs, design specifications, test reports, and technical documentation.

Support prototype development, board testing, design reviews, and product releases.

Ensure designs comply with automotive quality, safety, and reliability standards.

Experience with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces is preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive electronics and hardware development lifecycle.

5+ years of relevant HW Design/Automotive Electronics experience preferred
