Hardware Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Leader to drive the development of automotive electronic controllers. The candidate will lead hardware design activities, mentor engineering teams, review technical designs, and ensure high-quality product delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of automotive electronic controller hardware.
• Design power electronics, analog and digital circuits.
• Support architecture definition and technical proposals for new projects/RFQs.
• Review hardware designs and technical deliverables developed by team members.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers.
• Track and monitor project execution and team deliverables.
• Ensure defect-free and timely hardware releases.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support controller industrialization and localization activities.
• Participate in product validation and certification testing.
• Manage engineering resources and Capex planning.
• Support team competency development and skill enhancement.
• Resolve technical challenges and team issues.
