Hardware Design Engineer at An IT Service Company

Responsibilities

• Convert high-level requirements into detailed hardware specifications.
• Handle end-to-end hardware design, from schematic to release.
• Coordinate PCB layout and ensure SI, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare BOMs, test procedures, and design documentation.
• Support prototype builds and production issues.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, SI, and manufacturing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analogue, digital, and power supply design skills.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and PCB manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and lab equipment.
• Experience with design documentation and release processes.
• Medical domain and PLM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces like DDR, USB, PCIe.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
