Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end unit handover, snagging, de-snagging, quality inspections, and possession processes for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role ensures timely closure of defects, seamless customer handover, and enhanced customer satisfaction while coordinating with Project, Construction, Sales, CRM, and Facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete handover and possession activities for residential/commercial projects.
• Conduct pre-possession unit inspections and identify snag points related to civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Prepare and track snag lists, coordinate with contractors/vendors, and ensure timely de-snagging closure.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure units are handed over as per approved specifications.
• Coordinate with Construction, MEP, Facilities, and CRM teams for handover readiness.
• Schedule and conduct customer walkthroughs and pre-handover inspections.
• Address customer observations and ensure closure before possession.
• Ensure all statutory approvals, NOCs, documentation, and payment clearances are completed before handover.
• Facilitate possession formalities, key handover, and customer onboarding.
• Maintain handover MIS, snag/de-snag trackers, possession reports, and customer feedback records.
• Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalations during possession.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in snagging, de-snagging, handover, and possession management.
• Knowledge of civil finishing, MEP systems, quality control, and defect rectification.
• Exposure to residential high-rise and township projects.
• Expertise in customer handling and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and project tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
