Handover Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Pre-Handover Verification: Coordinate joint inspections, manage snagging (defect identification) lists, and ensure construction finishes match contractual specifications.
• Documentation & Compliance: Validate statutory clearances, occupancy certificates (OC), completion certificates (CC), and title documents.
• Client Coordination: Schedule handover appointments, guide buyers or society members through the property walk through, and secure sign-offs on handover protocols.
• Defect Liability Period (DLP) Management: Log post-handover snags and coordinate with construction/maintenance teams for timely rectification.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years in real estate project management, fit-outs, or customer handover operations.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of local real estate regulations (such as RERA guidelines), snagging protocols, property management software, and client communication
