Hairstylist

Role Description:

The Hairstylist role at Della Townships is a full-time, on-site position based in Lonavala. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, tailored to each clients preferences and hair type. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and care routines, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and product usage. The role also involves managing appointment schedules, collaborating with other beauty and wellness professionals, and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience that aligns with the township’s premium lifestyle environment.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling skills and expertise in Hair Care techniques.

- Candidates should possess foundational Cosmetology knowledge and practical experience in salon or spa settings, skin care, facials, salon services.

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities and clear, professional Communication skills.

- Candidates should possess attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and an ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.

- Relevant certification or diploma in Hair Styling or Cosmetology is preferred.

- Experience working with diverse hair types and familiarity with contemporary trends and products is beneficial.

- Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
