Key Responsibility

• Conduct consultations to understand clients' hair and skin concerns and goals

• Provide personalized advice and recommendations on hair and skin care routines, products, and treatments

• Help clients identify and address underlying issues affecting their hair and skin health

• Offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management techniques to promote overall wellness

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and treatments to provide informed advice

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in hair and skin care, beauty, or wellness

- Strong knowledge of hair and skin anatomy, physiology, and common issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to empathize with clients and provide supportive guidance

- Certification in hair and skin care, beauty, or wellness (preferred)

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a spa, salon, or wellness center

- Knowledge of natural and holistic hair and skin care practices

- Certification in trichology, skincare, or a related field

- Familiarity with hair and skin analysis techniques and tools
