and unsure what to believe. You're the person who helps them make sense of it, and stays with
them through what comes next.
What You'll Do
1 Understand the person behind the concern
Listen first make it safe for them to ask the difficult
questions.
2 Lead scalp assessments
Walk customers through the findings and the
recommended treatment.
3 Help them take the first step
Address cost and commitment, and set expectations that
hold.
4 Become their ongoing point of contact
Track progress, follow up, and coordinate with the medical
team when needed.
5 Deliver a thoughtful experience
Bring warmth and professionalism to every consultation, every time.
