Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Big Data applications.
• Build and optimize Spark-based data processing frameworks using Scala.
• Develop batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Work with Hadoop ecosystem components including HDFS, Hive, and related technologies.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Spark jobs.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot data processing issues.
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Scala programming.
• Expertise in Apache Spark application development.
• Good understanding of distributed computing concepts.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools.
