Hadoop Administrator

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Hadoop clusters.
• Manage HDFS, YARN, Hive, and related components.
• Monitor cluster performance and capacity.
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues.
• Implement security and backup procedures.
• Support upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of Hadoop Administration experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration knowledge.
• Experience with Cloudera Hadoop environments.
• Knowledge of Hive, HDFS, and YARN.
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills.
