Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations for gynaecological and womens health concerns.
• Assess patients, obtain medical histories and recommend appropriate investigations.
• Diagnose and manage common gynaecological conditions.
• Provide counselling regarding reproductive health, menstrual health and preventive care.
• Monitor patients progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients and families.
• Coordinate with nursing, diagnostic and other clinical departments.
• Follow hospital protocols, patient-safety standards and medical ethics.
• Attend emergency cases when required, according to the agreed duty schedule.
• Participate in clinical meetings and continuous medical education activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: MBBS with MS/MD/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or DGO from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council/National Medical Commission-recognised authority.

• Experience: 1- 5 years in a hospital, nursing home or clinical setting.
• Fresh postgraduates with appropriate practical exposure may also be considered, if approved by the hospital.
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-care orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses and support teams.
• Willingness to work from Kalandri, District Sirohi, Rajasthan.
