We are looking for a motivated and professional Gym Instructor to join the Spa & Fitness department of our 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will guide guests through fitness programs, provide personalized training, and ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience. This role requires flexibility to work early morning and afternoon shifts, including rotational schedules, while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct fitness training sessions for hotel guests

  Design personalized workout plans based on guest needs and fitness levels

  Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain a safe workout environment

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas and equipment

  Collaborate with the Spa & Fitness team to enhance guest experience

  Follow hotel standards and protocols for health, safety, and hygiene

Qualifications & Requirements:

  Previous experience in hotels, fitness centers, or wellness industry is an advantage
