GWS migration Engineer

Must Have Skills

• Google Workspace (GWS) Migration
• Exchange/O365 to Google Workspace migration
• Google Admin Console
• Workspace Administration
• Identity & Access Management
• SSO, Directory Sync, Security & Compliance
• MigrationWiz, GAM or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute migrations from Microsoft Exchange, O365, or legacy systems to Google Workspace.
• Perform mailbox, calendaring, contacts, and file migrations.
• Configure Google Workspace services, security policies, and user provisioning.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity.
• Work with enterprise customers and stakeholder teams throughout migration projects.
• Create migration documentation, runbooks, and best practices.

Preferred

• Google Workspace certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale cloud migrations.
• Understanding of networking, DNS, SMTP, and security concepts.
