Job Summary

Payroll Delivery. Responsible for processing the inputs, validating the output, work with the clients to obtain the sign-off and post-validation audits, deliver all the post-pay reports to clients. Completeness and correctness are basic expectations with timely delivery. Has knowledge of payroll for at least 7-8 years and leadership role; ticket management. Responsible for issue resolution and clarifying the queries which do not require any system changes. Work with Application Support Team for any changes to the clients' business rules (defect fixing or enhancements to the existing rules/policies) set up in the system. Testing changes. Understand the requirements / system changes and test comprehensively (positive and negative scenarios) in a quality environment to guarantee changes going to production environment are complete, correct and there won't be any side effects. Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with technical teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, collaborating with client teams on the change management planning or engaging with other teams in deciding the optimal services for your clients.
