Guidewire Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or Guidewire InsuranceSuite).
• Develop and execute automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, Playwright, or other modern automation tools.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform data validation, test data management, and data automation activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, code reviews, and system integration activities.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Guidewire certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
