Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing for Guidewire applications.
• Validate Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter or BillingCenter.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, track issues, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide test estimates.
• Validate end-to-end insurance business processes and workflows.
• For Automation Testing candidates, develop and maintain automated test scripts using suitable automation frameworks/tools.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 9 years of overall testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)/ClaimCenter (CC), or BillingCenter (BC).
• Experience in Functional Testing and/or Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Management processes.
• Good knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
