What Your Day Will Look Like

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Guidewire platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Lead design and integration activities across both Policy and Claims, driving consistency and best practice across implementations.
• Define, establish and govern architecture standards, integration patterns and technical frameworks to support enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
• Act as the technical lead across delivery teams and third-party vendors, providing guidance, oversight and architectural governance throughout delivery.
• Engage senior business and technology stakeholders as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
• Support solution shaping, RFP responses and pre-sales activities by providing architectural expertise, solution vision and implementation strategy.

This Role Is For You If

• Extensive experience of Guidewire spanning across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and across complex insurance transformation programmes within an established consultancy firm.
• Demonstrate end-to-end Guidewire implementation expertise, from solution design through to delivery and deployment.
• Possess hands-on IPLM implementation experience across both Policy and Claims environments.
• Apply strong London Market and Lloyds domain knowledge to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Leverage deep solution architecture and integration expertise, including API-led and event-driven architectures.
• Have experience with Guidewire Cloud and modernisation programmes, which is highly desirable.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology audiences.
