- Configure PolicyCenter features and implement approved technical designs.
- Develop Gosu business rules and basic PCF customizations.
- Support policy submission, quote, binding, endorsement, renewal, cancellation, and reinstatement functions.
- Assist with API and web service integrations.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixes, and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foundational PolicyCenter configuration knowledge.
- Gosu programming and PCF basics.
- Understanding of APIs and web services.
- Basic knowledge of policy administration and P&C insurance.
- Strong programming, debugging, and learning aptitude.
- Guidewire training or certification.
- Good to have experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
- Guidewire Cloud awareness.
- Java or object-oriented programming exposure.
