Guidewire or Duck Creek Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with hands-on expertise in Guidewire and/or Duck Creek platforms, DevOps automation, deployment engineering, and production support within the P&C insurance domain.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and/or Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims
• Platform installation, environment setup, configuration and maintenance
• Dev, QA, UAT and Production environment management
• CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
• Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git and Bitbucket
• Release management, build packaging, artifact management and environment promotion
• Rollback planning, deployment validation and recovery procedures
• Scripting using Python, PowerShell and Bash
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and environment provisioning
• Guidewire Cloud / Duck Creek Cloud deployment support
• Application performance tuning, monitoring, logging and alerting
• Production support, incident management, go-live and hypercare
• API integrations, REST/SOAP web services and middleware troubleshooting
• Database troubleshooting, SQL, query optimization and coordination with DBAs
• Security, RBAC, secrets management, certificates, patching and compliance
• Data migration, conversion, validation and reconciliation

• Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure automation
• Platform upgrades, configuration management and disaster recovery
• Agile methodology and ITIL-based incident/change management
• P&C insurance domain and enterprise application integration experience
